Thanks for stopping by my website. I began my real estate career in 2004 as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker before moving into the mortgage side of the business in 2005. Primarily supporting clients in the Bay Area, my focus has been the Hispanic community, as well as clients with special needs and challenges (less than perfect credit and foreclosure situations).

I approach clients as a consultant, first identifying their needs, then asking where they want to be and finally working together to help them achieve their goals of homeownership. I partner with several other professionals in the real estate community to offer clients the wide range of resources required to successfully accomplish every step of the process. It’s important to me that my clients are satisfied, as I am not interested in closing just one transaction for them… I seek to become their trusted advisor.

I pride myself in being a good listener, and strive to understand everything my clients are saying - and sometimes the things they don’t say. I make every effort to educate my clients so they’re comfortable, and ultimately more knowledgeable by the end of the transaction. Communication is the cornerstone of my business, so I stay in touch with my clients on a regular basis updating them on every stage of the process. I meet with my clients in person whenever possible so that I may offer my personal attention to every client.

I have a Business Degree from University of Phoenix, and worked in the High Tech field for over 20 years. As a manager I oversaw and provided support for multiple sites across the country and Latin America. I also enjoy my second career working as a personal trainer, instructor and life coach for the last 25 years. My approach is the same in fitness as it is in my business: identify the needs of my client, work diligently to meet those needs, and educate the client along the way.

When I am not working I enjoy mountain biking, road cycling, trail running and working out at the gym. I also love to kayak and ride motorcycles as well as spending time with my three beautiful daughters: Christiana, Sara and Courtney.

While I currently live in San Ramon, I was born in Medellin, Colombia and have lived in Spain, Mexico, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
